Discover L.A. invites Aussie travellers to embark on a culinary road-trip during dineL.A.This July, Summer dineL.A. kicks off for 15 days, encompassing two weekends of value-driven menus starting at USD$15. Taking place 14-28 July, 2017, the biannual food event spotlights the city’s rich, culinary diversity and features more than 300 restaurants throughout Los Angeles.“Summer roadtrip,” is this season’s dineL.A. theme – inviting guests to travel to and throughout the city eating their way across the various neighbourhoods and a diverse variety of cuisines. Tying into the roadtrip theme, Gary Baseman, Emmy award-winning creator of ABC/Disney’s animation series Teacher’s Pet and collaborator with luxury brand COACH, has designed a map featuring iconic Los Angeles landmarks and restaurants that will be included in the dineL.A. Roadtrip Guide. Additional participants include celebrated restaurants, such as Alimento, Connie & Ted’s, a.o.c., and more.Another popular and returning program is the Exclusive Series, presented by American Express, offering diners a chance to experience some of L.A.’s most luxurious restaurants at a value-driven price beginning at USD$95, such as Providence, ink., and BOA Steakhouse. Diners can visit the dineL.A. website to book reservations.Summer dineL.A.’s specially-priced lunch menus are USD$15, $20, and $25, with dinner menus priced at USD$29, $39, and $49. American Express is also offering diners a way to save during the promotion.
